Please save the date for our next meeting, Tuesday September 26th, 6:30 PM at the Wiggin Memorial Library. Our agenda for the evening is as follows:
Erik Herring, a member of the Stratham Memorial School Board and also a SRTC member will give us an update as to what is occurring and being planned at our elementary school as well as at our Exeter Regional Schools. Of key interest are a planned building expansion at SMS even with a declining population as well as discussion of a second diversity person for all of SAU 16. We need to hear about these things and support Erik, one of the few conservative voices on any of the SAU16 boards to fight off these plans.
Pat Abrami who Chairs the Stratham Republican Town Committee and who was a six term State Rep representing Stratham for 12 years, will formally be announcing his candidacy to run for State Senate in District 24. Pat has spent the last several months discussing this with the chairs of all the Republican Town Committee Chairs in the district, with the Senate President, with former Republican Senators or senate candidates from this district, with about half of the current Republican senators, with the Governor, and with potential donors. All enthusiastically support his entering this race. Pat will cover the full spectrum of his life experiences that have prepared him for this race.
