NH Committeeman Report 7 August 2022

As your representative to the Republican National Committee (RNC), I’m providing a short update
following our RNC Summer Meeting in Chicago 2-5 August 2022.

First In The Nation (FITN) Primary is Secure for 2024 for Republican Party

No challenges to the 4 early states (codified Rule 16) occurred and per Rule there is NO chance to
change the 2024 status on the Republican side. Of course, the Democrats are likely to choose another
state by playing the race card. NH Secretary of State Scanlon has assured me that he will simply move
our primary (both R and D) ahead of any other state. Planning to secure 2028 is underway! A great way
to help is to show interest when potential candidates visit the state.

Presidential Debates

The Rules now allow the RNC to sanction Presidential debates – not the biased Debate Commission.
RNC Resolutions Passed Include:
2022 RNC Summer Meeting Adopted Resolutions

1. Resolution Recognizing Biological Differences Between Men and Women in Law
2. Resolution Condemning President Biden’s Immigration Policy Failures
3. Resolution in Support of Taiwan
4. Resolution to Denounce the Biden Administration’s Dismantling of the United States’ Military
   Readiness
5. Resolution Calling for Republicans to Unite Behind the Concept of “Taking Power Out of
   Washington”
   

I was the chief sponsor of Resolution #2. I called for Impeachment due to the failure of the President to
uphold the law. The Resolutions Committee edited the Resolution to Condemn instead. I am prepared
to bring back a call for Congress to impeach Biden (if he is still President) at our next meeting in January
2023 if we retake the House.
